Intended Use

The vitamin D detection kit (colloidal gold) is suitable for semi-quantitative detection of vitamin D in human venous blood, serum, plasma or peripheral blood, and can be

used to screen patients for vitamin D deficiency.

Test Principles

This kit uses colloidal gold immunochromatography technology to detect vitamin D

in whole blood, serum or plasma samples by competitive method. The detection line

T is coated with vitamin D antigen-BSA, and the two quality control lines R1 and R2

are coated with anti-vitamin D antibodies, etc.; the glass cellulose membrane is coated

with related complexes.

Storage Conditions and Shelf-life

Jcmed remind Storage condition: 4-30 ℃ sealed dry storage. After the aluminum foil bag is opened, it should be used as soon as possible within 1 hour. If it cannot be used immediately, please store it under the conditions of 4-30°C and humidity less than 30%. The Sample Diluent should be covered immediately after use and kept in a cool and dry place. Please use it within the shelf life.

Shelf-life: 12 months.

The test cassette is composed of nitrocellulose membrane, sample pad, binding pad, absorbent paper, PVC board, etc. The sample diluent  is mainly PBS and Tween-20.
