PSA Rapid Test kits are rapid direct binding test for the detection of Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) in serum, as an aid in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. The test is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of PSA in serum/plasma. Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies are employed to identify PSA specifically.

Intended use:

(PSA) Prostate Specific Antigen Rapid Test is a qualitative membrane based

immunoassay for the detection of PSA in human whole blood, serum or

plasma. It is used as an aid in the diagnostic of prostate cancer.

Test Procedure: 

Main Components: 

The test line is coated with PSA monoclonal antibody

1. The quality control line is coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibody. Colloidal gold marked pad coated with PSA monoclonal antibody

2.Basic components: Sample pad, colloidal gold marked pad, nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper and PVC plate. Disposable plastic dropper (Optional).
