Monkeypox 바이러스 핵산 검출 키트
Intended use
1)This product is used for in vitro qualitative detection of Monkeypox virus nucleic acid in human vesicles, pustules
and whole blood samples.
2)This product is used for auxiliary diagnosis of monkeypox virus infection.
3)Monkeypox virus is a member of the genus Orthopoxvirus with a DNA genome. The main clinical manifestations
of monkeypox virus infection are high fever, headache, 허리 통증, general malaise, cough, swollen lymph
nodes, with smallpox-like rash all over the body, and occasional abdominal pain.
4)Experiment operators should have received professional training in gene amplification or molecular biology
method detection, have relevant experimental operation qualifications, and laboratories should have
corresponding biosafety protection conditions.
Testing principle
This kit based on the fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, we select the conserved region of monkeypox
virus gene, design primers and probes, and combine with Taq DNA polymerase to realize cyclic amplification
of nucleic acids. During the amplification process, the fluorescent groups bound to the probes are After
hydrolysis, it emits fluorescence, and the fluorescence signal is read in real time by the detection instrument,
and the result is interpreted according to the amplification curve, so as to realize the determination of
monkeypox virus DNA in the sample. 동시에, an internal standard is set in the kit. The internal
standard is human ribonuclease P (RNase P) gene, which is labeled with VIC fluorescein to monitor the
collection, transportation, extraction and amplification process of the sample to be tested, so as to avoid false
