試験手順

Collect cat’s ocular, 鼻や肛門の分泌物を綿棒で拭き取り、綿棒を十分に濡らします.
付属のアッセイバッファーチューブに綿棒を挿入します。. 撹拌して効率的にサンプルを抽出します.
テストデバイスをホイルポーチから取り出し、水平に置きます。.
処理済みサンプル抽出液をアッセイバッファーチューブから吸引し、配置します。 3 試験装置のサンプル穴「S」に落下します。.
結果を解釈します 5-10 分. 後の結果 10 分は無効とみなされます.
