Canine distemper is a contagious and serious viral illness with no known cure.
The disease affects dogs, and certain species of wildlife, such as raccoons, オオカミ, キツネ, and skunks.

試験手順

*犬の眼球を集める, 鼻や肛門の分泌物を綿棒で拭き取り、綿棒を十分に濡らします.
*付属のアッセイバッファーチューブに綿棒を挿入します。. 撹拌して効率的にサンプルを抽出します.
*血清または血漿検体を使用する場合, スポイトを使用して検体を収集します. 場所 3 希釈のためにアッセイバッファーチューブに血清または血漿を滴下します. 希釈したサンプルをサンプル抽出として使用します。.
*テストデバイスをホイルポーチから取り出し、水平に置きます。.
処理済みサンプル抽出液をアッセイバッファーチューブから吸引し、配置します。 3 drops into the sample hole “S” of the test device.
*結果を解釈します 5-10 分. 後の結果 10 分は無効とみなされます.
