UTILISATION PRÉVUE:

The JcMed PSA along with the JcMed HTY-100 PLUS/HTY-1600 Reader is a fluorescence immunoassay that quantifies the total Prostate Specific Antigen(Message d'intérêt public) concentration in human serum/plasma. PSA is present in the prostate endoplasmic reticulum, prostate epithelial cells and secretions. Prostatic inflammation, benign

prostatic hyperplasia and acute urinary retention can increase PSA. PSA as a specific marker of prostate cancer can be used for the diagnosis of prostate cancer and post-treatment monitoring, but it can not be used as a basis for early diagnosis or diagnosis of malignant tumors. STOCKAGE ET EXPIRATION:

Specimen Stability:

Serum or plasma samples can be stored for 3 days at 2-8°C. If longer storage is required, freeze at -20°C. Make sure the samples come to room temperature before detection. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
