USO PREVISTO

El vaso de prueba rápida multidrogas (Orina) is rapid chromatographic immunoassays for the qualitative and

simultaneous detection up to twenty-one of the following drugs in a variety of combinations in human

orina. The designed cutoff concentrations for these drugs.

PROCEDIMIENTO DE PRUEBA

traer pruebas, muestras a temperatura ambiente (15-30ºC) antes de usar.

1. Remove the cup with its key from sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.

2. Provide a urine specimen in the cup and screw cap on to it.

3. Date and initial body label.

4. Screw key deasil for 180°, and start timer immediately.

5. Check the cap for tightness.

6. Remove the peel-off label.

7. Check the temperature strip label at 2-4 minutes after specimen collection. A green color will appear to indicate the temperature of the urine specimen. The proper range for an unadulterated

specimen is 90-100°F (32-38ºC).

8. Drug test results are indicated by the presence or absence of colored band(s) in the result area.The result should be read at 5 minutos. No interprete el resultado después 8 minutos.

9. Positive test results must be confirmed by another test method. Send the cup and urine specimen intact to a toxicology laboratory for confirmation.

 

ALMACENAMIENTO Y ESTABILIDAD

 El kit debe almacenarse a 4-30°C hasta la fecha de caducidad impresa en la bolsa sellada.

 La prueba debe permanecer en la bolsa sellada hasta su uso.

 No congelar.

 Se debe tener cuidado para proteger los componentes del kit de la contaminación.. No lo use si hay evidencia de contaminación microbiana o precipitación.. Biological contamination of

dispensing equipment, containers or reagents can lead to false results.
