إجراء الاختبار
Collect cat’s ocular, إفرازات الأنف أو الشرج باستخدام قطعة القطن وجعل المسحة مبللة بدرجة كافية.
أدخل المسحة في أنبوب عازلة الفحص المقدم. يحركها للحصول على استخراج عينة فعال.
أخرج جهاز الاختبار من كيس الرقائق وضعه أفقيًا.
مص استخراج العينة المعالجة من أنبوب الفحص العازل ومكانه 3 يسقط في فتحة العينة "S" لجهاز الاختبار.
تفسير النتيجة في 5-10 الدقائق. النتيجة بعد 10 تعتبر الدقائق غير صالحة.
