Canine distemper is a contagious and serious viral illness with no known cure.
The disease affects dogs, and certain species of wildlife, such as raccoons, wolves, foxes, and skunks.
The common house pet, the ferret, is also a carrier of this virus. Canine distemper belongs to the Morbillivirus class of viruses, and is a relative of the measles virus, which affects humans,
the Rinderpest virus that affects cattle, and the Phocine virus that causes seal distemper.

إجراء الاختبار
*جمع عين الكلب, إفرازات الأنف أو الشرج باستخدام قطعة القطن وجعل المسحة مبللة بدرجة كافية.
*أدخل المسحة في أنبوب عازلة الفحص المقدم. يحركها للحصول على استخراج عينة فعال.
*في حالة استخدام عينة المصل أو البلازما, استخدام القطارة لجمع العينة. مكان 3 قطرات من المصل أو البلازما في أنبوب الاختبار العازل للتخفيف. يتم استخدام العينة المخففة لاستخراج العينة.
*أخرج جهاز الاختبار من كيس الرقائق وضعه أفقيًا.
مص استخراج العينة المعالجة من أنبوب الفحص العازل ومكانه 3 drops into the sample hole “S” of the test device.
*تفسير النتيجة في 5-10 الدقائق. النتيجة بعد 10 تعتبر الدقائق غير صالحة.
