Quantitative Determination Kit for Carcinoembryonic Antigen(CEA) with matching Poct System.

الاستخدام المقصود:

The JcMed CEA along with the JcMed HTY-100 PLUS/HTY-1600 Reader is a fluorescence immunoassay that quantifies the total Carcinoembryonic Antigen(CEA) concentration in human serum/plasma.

CEA is a glycoprotein which is present in colon cancer and embryonic colonic mucosal epithelial cells and synthesized by the fetal gastrointestinal epithelial tissue, pancreas and liver cells. CEA can be used for clinical monitoring of gastrointestinal tumors, colorectal cancer, gastric cancer and so on, which can also be

detected in choriocarcinoma, bone cancer, prostate cancer and ovarian cancer, but it has no early diagnostic value. CEA is not a tumor-specific marker, but it can be used as a marker of tumor occurrence, metastasis, recurrence and prognosis. It is a broad-spectrum tumor marker of human multiple organ cancer.

Mainly for the dynamic monitoring of patients with malignant tumors to help determine the progress of the disease or treatment.

For Detection Buffer, store as packaged in the sealed pouch at 2-30°C, تجنب الحرارة وأشعة الشمس, مكان جاف, صالحة ل 24 الشهور.

For Test Card, store as packaged in the sealed pouch at 2-30°C, تجنب الحرارة وأشعة الشمس, مكان جاف, صالحة ل 24 الشهور.

 

لا تجمد. Some protective measures should be taken in hot summer and cold winter to avoid high temperature or repeated freezing and thawing.

 

DO NOT OPEN the pouch if not intend to use the test card. Please use the test card immediately once the pouch is open.
